isn't failure to respond to a subpoena a felony? Has Bush done ANYTHING to preserve, protect and defend the constitution?? I bet the guy who swore on the Quran instead of the bible has done more than him!
Without executive privilege the president can essentially be guided by a committee that was not elected president. There is a separation of powers and this is his right.
