Is speech still free or do you pay with harassment if you want to be critical? Is the constitution dying?
Please read this article:

It details how the Princeton Law Professor of Jurisprudence, Emeritus was put on a terrorist no fly list for criticizing Bush at a televised talk at Princeton. With this sort of behavior from our stewards, what does this mean for the average joe? I mean if one of the worlds leading experts on the constitution is harassed for doing his job and analyzing and critiquing the active processes of law, what does that mean for our students and our future as a free nation?
Answer:
That's only one way in which our Constitution is dying. Theres so many more!
Like how Bush is personally eroding our system of Checks & Balances and Separation of Powers. Like his contempt for the niceties of Due Process.
If we don't make a serious effort to impeach him for it, this will establish new benchmarks for what future Presidents can do with impunity.
No. Speech is no longer free. Yes. The Constitution is dying, as well as the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independance. The Freedom that our country talks about exists no longer. I believe it died with Abraham Lincoln.
