Did they change the law for getting driving permits?
i need to know if they already changed the law in CALIFORNIA, that you will have to be 18 to get your license's now. all i know as of right now is that you have to be 15 1/2 to get your permit and 6 months later you can get your license's. anyone has the correct answer, please no guessing. its important. thank you.
