where would you go to get someones shot record if they dont have a doctor...?
if someone is switching high schools and one of the things needed to do it was a shot dictation,and the person doesnt have their shot record or a doctor...where on earth would they go to get it? and they lived in tennessee

Contact the previous school. Otherwise you will be doing the same thing my nephew is doing right immediately - getting them _all_. (This does not bother me as much as I let on because I suspect that he may have never gotten them in the first place.)
They would have to go to the people or businesses they get the shots at.
you should be capable of get that information from the previous school, which also required an immunization transcription.
