What will happen in court? [16 year old honor student?!]?

I totaled my car. I flipped it over over twice and landed upside down on a country road. Luckily, I was the lone one involved and there was no property damage. I be lost on a country road with no cell phone in the middle of no where and I be going about 5-10 miles over the speed limit since I had almost no gas gone I figured I could make it last a bit longer. A slight curve come out of no where that I didn't see & went flying off the road.

The cop said I probably wouldn't hold to go to court since it was my 1st offense but they called me contained by anyways and my hearing is tomorrow. He didn't suspend my license on the spot or anything so I'm wondering what will happen tomorrow?!

I also have straight A+s surrounded by school in all advanced classes so I'm hoping that will somehow work contained by my favor?

I know they're going to make me take a remedial driving thing but that's more or less all I know.

Will my license get suspended?! I live in Ohio.

I doubt your license will get suspended but you will probably enjoy to take the class. Dang... I read the last part "I live within Ohio."

Good luck dude, I hear they are SUPER tough. But 5-10 doesn't seem that much over the speed limit so maybe not that bleak.
If you were almost out of gas, then why be you speeding? That takes more fuel per mile, you know. And when you are on a dark, unfamilliar road, you should go 5-10 UNDER the target.. so nothing happens like... very well, what happened.

Whatever befalls you tomorrow.. just pinch it as a lesson learned. Life is long, and you'll be fine in the long run.
just don't worry it be an accident and thankfully nobody got hurt you probably wont draw from your license suspended so just stay calm and tell them the truth and it will most imagined work out better than you think.
