I got married to a U.S Citizen. I thought he was really really nice. In 3 months of our marraige his true color has reveal. I realize that he was not the same person married. He changed alot. We even fought nearly my 7 yr. old Son. He always blow out his stress to my innocent Son everytime he has problems and issues from his two Ex-wives and Children. Me and My Son be like an object for him to released his stress and failures of his go. I am in a Conditional Permanent Resident Status (Green Card) for a year now and this is good for two years. It be said that divorced can terminate my conditional green card. I got a BF now and we are planning to grasp married. He is a U.S Citizen. What will be the necessary processes for us to do?
Your truly a piece of cake. Go back Home to your country..
The answer would be for you to contact the department of immigration and naturalization . Explain your situation and what has happen . Unless the ex calls and demands your green card taken away ,I do not believe it would be a problem .
