I'm not sure about Wisconsin bankruptcy law, but if it is medical bills that is putting you into bankruptcy, you need to go to the hospital financial department and talk to them about some program that exist (I can't remember the name of it) that would wipe out your medical bills,or most of it. There is such a program, its just not publicized.
