Is this classed as copyright infringment?

I was wondering if I was to get a video of a BBC TV show and put it on a video hosting website approaching youtube am I violating the copyrights of that tv show?

Yes Do it anyway the worst that can happen is it being removed, beware tho infringements tot up and theyll eventually suspend your rationalization Theres no sane way of contacting them either
