Are speeding fines legally your fault or the Manufacturer?

If it is illegal for a gun manufacturer to sell semi automatic or automatic guns contained by Australia because they fire too many bullets and can injure or kill too many individuals why? is it that car and motor cycle manufacturers can sell vehicle that can exceed our speed limits. Is it not true that the government tells us that speed "kills"So to stop citizens speeding why? not stop manufacturers from producing illegal vehicles.

Guns are made to hurt or kill. That's all they do. They don't make nice planters or hat or cappuccino. I can't think of another legal product which kills culture when used properly. Cars are made to transport people. They can kill also if improperly used, but that's not their prevalent purpose. As for "being capable of exceeding speed limits", does that mean you'll sue because you sped within the 30mph school zone? You can tell when someone is addicted and looking for excuses to do what they want to do, when the logic they use to convince themselves that they're right is a stretch to nonexistent.
And if someone buys a semi-automatic pistol they are still responsible for the crimes they commit with it. If you commit a crime, and use a tool to commit the crime, it is the fault of the criminal, not the tool maker. That is true whether the crime is speeding or murder, and whether the tool is a saloon or a gun.
You are kidding right ? Cars don't drive by themselves. They need some idiot to get contained by them, put their foot on the acceletator and drive like a complete moron. That same car can do the speed limit and be driven according to the road rules. It is the individuals responsibility to drive their vehicle according to the road rules. If you find a speeding fine, it is your own fault. You can't blame the car.
It's the car owner's reproach. THEY did the speeding, or were responsible because someone else did..
Its pretty simple, freshly as a gun can be used to kill people, it can also be used safely at the gun span etc, the responsibility is in the user of it. Fast cars can safely be driven fast at the track or drag strip, it is the responsibility fo the driver/owner to use them in the confines of the law when not in those environments. For the record though, i do drive road faster than the law allows on a regular basis. Many times i have wondered why my motorcycle is court to drive on public roads, fortunately it is.
1. Are you in Australia? 2. Even if manufacturers controlled their cars to 75mph which is the legal speed in many states, you could still be speeding within a school zone or in NYC or any of the states were mark out is 65 or lower. 3. Stop blaming others and own up to your behavior.
I used to think that people from Australia be sort of smart. You have crushed that concept. - Stuart
both. because the manufacturer bosts give or take a few their speed. and people try to do it if they can
