My Evidence has Disappeared?
I have a pending court case. I lucklessly lost the text that I was going to use as proof in court. I hold contacted my service provider with a view of getting the text subsidise but they said it is very unlikely that they would be able to provide me with this information as they hold the technology to do so but are not allowed to only in extreme cases approaching something that may constitute national threat. I was told to approach the police to see if they can request it. But the police said it is a civil case and they cannot get involved. I approached the court and they said they can't request it. I inevitability to know what to do as that is my only proof. Please advice.

Tough spot, you may try and verbs your Sims card out from the mobile phone and have a program read the card to find the deleted text, for only like a computer hard drive while it may show the text have been deleted it should still be on the Sims card, which then can be recovered by a computer that read the card
