What are the steps to being emancipated in Texas?

At age 16, how would you emancipate yourself from your parents? Where would I go/who do I talk to???

I'll have a job soon (a full time work in the real world, and a business I'm starting) and I believe I have flawless reason to leave.

Don't tell me to loaf the two years, because I can't and won't.

First you need to live in a state that permits deliverance; not all do. Tx doesn't You need a job, the flair to support yourself financially and socially, a place to live, a plan for the court for conducting your life, usually your parents permission, and a court order.
