Is there a lawyer in Northwest Indiana that will help me sue a car dealer, and only get paid if we win?
I bought a Saturn Vue and the transmission went out. I researched it, and found that their was a class achievement law suit against GM involving my car and about 90,000 others similar to it. We got a final judgment and were supposed to procure claim forms on June 2nd. GM declared bankruptcy on June 1st. Now it's not clear if the bankruptcy court will allow the full disbursement for this debt, or even if we will get anything at adjectives. So basically now I'm wondering if I can sue the dealer, and if the attorney will work on the basis of only getting paid if we win and collect. Best Answer:
No, it's not enough money for a attorney to take on contingency. If you want to sue, you will have to pay for your own attorney.
