What should I do when i have been treat badly by.....?
what should I do? I feel so stressed and worried and sick and the horrid way that my supervisor treat me last darkness and some other nights. It is more than 6 hours working without lunch break. The laws differ depending on how you are being paid. Legally speaking an hourly member of staff should get a ten minute break in the first half of their shift, and another ten minute break within the second half. Also an hourly employee is supposed to get at lowest a thirty minute lunch break after 4 hours. Salaried employees and sub contractors are not covered by this law however.
If you work 8 hours you are entitled to a lunch break but every four hours you are entitled to a 15 minute break so you are being mistreated. Call the Dept. of Labor for more information on your rights. if you repugnance the job get another one. I know it may be hard to find but not impossible, keep hold of looking while you work.Your boss sounds like a jerk.
