What will court do to me? shoplifing charges.?
I was put on probation for aggravated assault 3rd degree and I was doing kinda honourable until I let an old friend/heroin addict move surrounded by, she talked me into helping her shoplift over 500 dollars worth and we were caught, shes been arrested and released on sep charges but my court satchel finally is at pre arraignment, but i have turned my life around, I stopped drinking, I have be attending outpatient alcohol treatment for months and stopped talking/associating with anyone who breaks the law, I have stayed out of trouble and I might even move out of state soon due to absence of jobs where I live, am I likely to capture time or a fine, what do you think, i'm just upset I turned life around and very soon the past is biting me in the ass.

Bottom line: humans are a monkey species. This means several things. First, monkey see, monkey do. You are already keeping away from unpromising associations, so far so good. Second, monkey culture saves up reasons for a*s biting, until it appears cumulatively fit. Don't be fooled by delayed negative actions which seem approaching momentary security. Third, a monkey without material objects to turn over and over surrounded by their hands and bang on things, is a monkey unconvinced of their existence. You must gather treatment center documents, photos of a verbs room, grocery store receipts showing purchase of wholesome foods, and pictures of yourself involved with community activities and clean living, to show the find. Even if certain sentencing is mandatory locally, this will help get minimums within the latitude of options available to the head monkey.
Too overdue just wait for D day

Talk is cheap, schedule are more. It will be up to the judge to seal your fate. If you enjoy shown redemption, the judge may show leniency on you.

Well.. you be on probation. You will go to jail.
well, the regard as being may be understanding that ;you are trying to turn your life around. But if you did shoplift, you are likely to receive a advocate and given someone to report to or placed in a program where you are belonging to something beneficial. Maybe you will get a short occupancy community service but if you did not commit the theft but your friend did, you may just ge off altogether. one accessory in some way is not self the perpetrator. so, hope it goes ok, and show remorse and good faith at the court audible range you'll be fine.,
