second time shoplifting offense..help me.?


almost four months ago, i was convinced by a friend to steal something from target and i did. they police were called, i be handcuffed, i had to go through a board and they granted that with 8 hours of community service and writing two letters to my parents and target i was free to shift with a sealed record. they vowed however that if it be to happen again it would be on my record. i promised myself it wouldn't but a different friend said that nothing would start and it was one little shirt. so i did. well we got caught but adjectives i did was sign a paper stating i wouldn't return for two years and gave adjectives my information. there was no police involvement and i got no court papers. i want to know whether or not i be prosecuted and if i will have to go to court. i am a juvenile. please help me

sounds like you probably weren't prosecuted on the second case - BUT if they provide info to the police on a regular basis it could reopen the first hermetic case. so you may have gotten a 'super break'. so - the question is, what do you do presently that you in all probablity have spent adjectives your good luck on this topic? You need to get that adults are trying to do you a favor and trying unyielding not to brand you a criminal, but they've gone as far as they can go. Any kid who goads you into doing it again is NOT YOUR FRIEND it's time for you to grow up real hurried, and I'll clarify what I mean by growing up IF a court gives break DEPENDENT ON your NOT DOING IT AGAIN, then no issue what anyone says to you, or what situation you're in, YOU DONT DO IT AGAIN you just tramp, no matter what anyone calls you. they might call you a 'chicken', but you're not. what you really are, is STUPID if you supply in get it? this doesnt mean you can progress out and break other laws other than stealing. eventually, everyone learns to follow the ruling, or be a confirmed loser. save yourself a lot of grief and do the right thing from in a minute on
Stop stealing. Your "chances" will run out, and you will eventually go to kid detain if you keep it up where there will be teens that will enjoy done a lot worse. It will not be a fun experience. A relative of mine went and got the crap rhythm out of him there. It would be a lot easier to try to earn money the old-fashioned means of access and buy these things yourself.

You weren't prosecuted, but if they checked their records and found they had caught you in the past, they can go file charges and swear out and arrest warrant against you. Then you get your drivers license procure stopped for speeding and they take you into custody. In addition Target does civil recovery, so your parents we win a letter telling them that they owe target money. Anyone who disputes any of this I have done LP for 15 years and I hold went down a filed charges after the fact, for anything reason.
