Why do the people at the mva mail ur license or permit to u instead of printing it and give it to you then?

so yep, i just got my permit and they told me that they will mail it to me withn two weeks yet my buddy i was with got it printed then?

Because anyone could just break into the office, and print out fake documents FAR too easily. That is why they have to be printed at a secure government facility...

But then again - they could always get stolen out of the mail ;););)
