I'd like a crack at ruling the world for eight years or so. I don't think I'd go the evil madman route though, at least not at first. I'd tax the rich (allot), establish a global 20 hour work week and a $20.00 an hour minimum wage, keep freedom of religion but outlaw proselytizing...among other things.
