If I have child support cases in Texas, does the state of Arizona have to recognise them?
If the state of Arizona Issues a new court order, for me, for child support, do they have to consider my cases contained by other states when determining the amount I have to pay? The amount I am now ordered to recompense far exceeds 50% of my take home pay. Can I do something about this?
Yes they do - you will purely give them the state and the child support number that the case is under - and they will do the rest.
They do. I live within NV now but my Child support case started in PA, six years then all of my child support buisness still goes through the PA office.
