I nver commited a criminal case in UAE but my previous employer gave me a lifetime ban! How can I remove that?

I overstayed in that country not because of my will. It was my employer who doesn't want us to go since he don't want to reimburse our pending salaries. Until I reached the finishing of my contract without my employer doing something about it or at least releasing us to find another career since his shop was already close. Please let me know the best of what I can do to settle such problem. Thank you.

Did you ask this earlier? You overstayed your visa? That usually is considered illicit. I don't know that there's anything you can do. You'd likely need to appeal to immigration or the consulate.
