Is it illegal to give goldfish as prizes at fairs in the UK?
Went to a fair today that was giving goldies as prizes, and I want to report them, if it is illegal. If it isn't, it should be. Does anyone know what the regulation is on this in England?

it isn't, but it should be. Just because they don't have the same conscience as us doesn't penny-pinching that they can be dealt out to any kid who can throw a ball in a bucket at a unprejudiced. The majority of those fish will end up flushed down the toilet after a few days because they were given to kids who won't take guardianship about them.
