Slander and false accusations by cops,recourse of actions by recordless citizen?
Pulled over-police open door and pull passenger without restrictive or consent out on traffic violation. Police take phone from driver and read blanket text roughly speaking a theft 2000 miles away. Use the citizens phone and contact list to call and bring to court citizens of theft. Citizens have reciepts and does not have a dictation at all? Now stuck 2000 miles from home with hometown calling citizens liars and theives. Because of a 5 minute investigation and conclusion with really no evidence to back lying policeman up! Have reciepts for all. Feel like I wanna die from embarassment and label put on by power abusive cop with chip on shoulder.

You might have to hang about till you get into court,he can't lie there and he have to prove your guilt.And if he arrested you and took you to jail,then you have a lawsuit on him,longer you stay contained by jail,more money you can get.
