I'am 15 years old and i am going to have a bab, but can i have him or her with outh any legal problems?

well shouldnt you answer that yourself? I mean afterall you done an 'ADULT' thing- and now you have o pay the price- you are a big girl now, you find out-also do you have ins?
i dont think so,but i think they might whant to see how u are later when he/she is born,just to see if his ok and stuff.

If you take responsibility, and figure things out... you shouldn't have many legal problems.
.. since you're 15, though, social services will have to check up on you regularly, to make sure the baby, and yourself are fine.

You should probably find as much support and help, right now, before the baby is born, so that you are ready by then. Family, and friends are a first... and you might need to apply for welfare, or some sort of program to help you.
no u wont have any legal problems when u have the baby unless someone sees u a unfit parent but thats with anybody and any age theres a lot of people that are 15 that have kids they dont have problems. all your gonna have is sleepless nights, changing diapers 24 7,feedings 24 7,and little 2 year olds that tell u no when its time to go to sleep so just look forward to do that its not all fun and games when it comes to taking care of babies i know my son is 2. i have my life set and im 23 years old. im still with my sons father so theres 2 of us in the same house and its still hard sometimes. im not trying to lechure you im just telling u what u have to look forward to instead of having babies at your age u should be in school getting your life togther.
