what do you think of the law that the congres is doing against the mexicans?

I am against any illegal alien coming here and sponging off my taxes. Doesn't matter if he is a Mexican or any other nationality. Only problem is that Congress is afraid to do anything bec they don't want to lose votes.

If the illegal Mexicans like Mexico so much and wave their flags from Mexico why don't they go and protest in Mexico?

Aside from treating them as felons, it's good. We need to have SOME controls on people coming into this country. It would help to set up a guest worker program, though.

As I understand it, there are two competing bills up for consideration at the present time. The one by Senate Republicans would legalize a great many illegal immigrants, and give them the opportunity to become citizens. The one by Congressional Republicans would slam the door, build a wall along the border, and make it illegal to do anything to help an illegal immigrant.

Myself, I think we should open the borders, but reduce the bureaucracy that offers low incentives to work, and high incentives to have problems. I mean for everyone, not just immigrants! Most of the Mexican immigrants around here are very determined to get work, and are willing to work hard to care for their families.

But there's one cultural thing that is often misunderstood, particularly in Politically Correct California: it is the man who presents himself for work, while leaving his wife at home with the children, even when they are financially very desperate. The stay-at-home mom phenomenon is considered a rare luxury by most American women, and so they see a Mexican woman out shopping or on the bus in the middle of the day, they figure she should be working, too. But she probably has more children, and is more actively involved in the children's lives, than her counterpart American woman. And they have an absolute horror of using day care, and letting their children be raised by strangers. If they can't have Mama or Auntie or someone close to them take care of the children, they will stay home. I admire that, but many American women dislike/envy that.
I think America is right to want to control our borders. Mexico can't continue to use America as a buffer so they don't need to improve their country. Illegal aliens deserve no rights that Americans don't. We pay taxes, support our country and government, they just want to come over and mooch and steal jobs and not pay for anything and it's not only hurting the US, but it's hurting Mexico as well.
my mother is a naturalized citizen of the US. She had to study a great deal to become a citizen. She also speaks great english. I think all who want to come here should do the same. My mother came from the netherlands. All who want to come to this country should do the same. They should come to improve this country and help establish better communication for the US with their respective countries. Mexicans are no different. Yes, we have to have some control, because there are way too mmany people here per capita. Aliens have better oppurtunities that citizens,do though.. It's UNFAIR.

I do not think, personally, that that is against mexicans as it is to keep our country safe from illegal persons (of ANY nationality) coming into our country with terrorism on their mind as well as draining our resources from natural and or Legal citizens that already live here.
