I would cooperate to the fullest until the investigation cleared me of any wrongdoing.
Ask them to do a rape experiment on her. When it shows to be negative then I'll sue her butt for abusing the tenet and making false claims.
Cooperate. If you had sex with her, then in that might be "evidence" against you. If it looks crooked and you cannot rightly defend yourself against false claims, then there is other death. The only problem is that it can take some family 100 years to die. You might have a long wait for your end. Hopefully you can preserve yourself. The sad truth is that sometimes you can do everything right and still lose. That's life. Do what is right. Do what is good. No one can ask more of you.

Assuming this is a hypothetical: I would ask them for the warrant and if they didn't have it I would report them to have a nice day. Police officers cannot enter you home in need consent or a warrant unless they are in hot pursuit of a fleeing felon; they have a reasonable belief that in the near future destruction of evidence (of a serious crime) will occur if they don't enter; there exists a need to prevent a felon's escape; or they dismay immediate risk of harm to the police or others.
I'd say she lied to you. Then I'd slam the door and dive for the arms and armor. It's a sad situation but it's every americans' duty to not tolerate injustice from authorities. I would speak, Ok and cooperate with them to the fullest and be polite. because if you go all ballistic and start acting similar to Professor Gates you look guilty whether you are or not. If you are innocent get a good lawyer and scuffle it with every penny you have, if guilty rot in send to prison.
