I was overcharged 10cent, what should I do?

Okay, I ordered some products from beachbody.com and my total came to $78.33 according to the invoice and receipt confirmation. I check my bank account and they charged me $78.44. All they say is sorry for the 'confusion' and refuse to refund me my 10cents. What should I do?
On ethics dispute the charge.
In reality, who cares?

But that is how they are raking in thousands, with every purchase they take a lil here and there and in the end, they net millions.

You can file a state attorney general and Federal Trade Commission complaint. Also you can dispute the charge with your bank.
Down-talk them everywhere you can and at every chance you can get.

its only 10 cents but you have to wonder what if it is 10 dollars next time.if it still bothers you in a couple of hours i would call say i dont feel comfortable with how they blew you off. that you think you deserve a 10 percent discount next time you order. or something they most likley will help you . just call back and let them know it really bothers you. your not happy what can they do. ask to speak to someone else.

Sue them- claim class action - your lawyer will win millions - the company will have to refund millions of dollars...
