in the state of indiana, if someone under 21 gets married, is it legal for them to consume alcoholic beverages
Only someone in Indiana would ask that question considering thats all there is to do up there besides bowling, playing Euchre & playing darts.
No, you're still under age, sorry.
I don't know about in Indiana, but I believe in Texas if someone under 21 marries someone older than 21 they are allowed to consume under their spouse's 'guardianship.'
nope. married, single, alien, whatever, you've got to be 21 to purchase/consume legally....
Answers:
No, the law says that minors may not consume or have alcohol, and says, 'The term 'minor' means a person less than twenty-one (21) years of age.' Some states, such as Oregon, do let married minors consume alcohol and be in bars.
nope if your under 21 you still cant get alcoholic beverages
even if your married or anything else for that matter
No. being married has nothing to do if you are old enough to drink
What does one have to with the other?
