Can my supervisor change my evaluation after its been signed by him and I?
My supervisor wants to change my evaluation days after he had reviewed the productive evaluation and we both signed it. i agreed with the original evaluation but dont agree with the 2nd evacuation, can he do this? we both signed the evaluation 2 weeks ago. I smell something fishy because a alien director has jus started to work here think she has something to do near it.

There aren't any laws concerning whether a supervisor can transformation an evaluation, but there might be a company policy. You might want to check with the supervisor's supervisor and find out if this is something the company would allow. Whether he can or cannot, it is unethical and something stinks roughly getting an employee to sign an evaluation and then changing it. I would categorically let someone over your supervisor's head know what is going on.
i would suggest contacting HR, find out what company policy would be
The signature is an affirmation that both parties agree to the evaluation. How long ago did you both sign it? I would contact HR in this instance.
