How to track down someone with SS number?
Here is the deal, im trying to track down my old roomie with unpaid rent or bills owes me ($650), i have his SS number, leasing papers, etc...I have tried to have the court paper served to him, gave me false address...is there anyway finding him with his SS number? or what can I do to track him to have the paper served to him by the sheriff department...

That is a tough one. You could get a lawyer, but the fees would probably cost more than he owed you. You could call Judge Judy - she should be able to track him down. But come on - is it worth it. I know that $650 is a lot when you don't have it, boy could I use it, but all the trouble of trying to find him. If you knew where he was at it might be easier. But it will cost you to try and find him. They do make tracking web sites - but they cost as well.
There is an online company that I've used to search for people. It's called www.shadowtrackers.com. If you have the social security number, they may be able to help you find him for a very small fee. The owner is Ron Kern and he's a really nice guy.
