We should do nothing. We have enough problems at home. Those are cultural issues which are none of our business. I think female castration is horrible and what is worse that it is inflicted on women by women. I think honor killing of ones own relative because she has been raped is about the craziest thing I have ever heard of. Interfering in other cultures is one of the reasons the United States is the most hated country in the world.
Legalize it. Then there will be no more violations.
