A big problem, please help.. My friend..?
My friend is a member of a fraternity and are involved in 'HAZINGS', so one of the applicants filed a case against them and my friend having a high position in the frat is in big trouble & is facing lots of years in prison, how can he win against the defendant?

Did he take part in the hazing? How bad was it?
he can make sure that the rest of the faternity remembers what fraternities are all about 'BROTHERHOOD', and they stick together and deny everything, and make life so miserable for this ambulance chasing wuss that not only does he drop the case but he has to change his name and move to canada.

so because its called hazing means its legal? hope he gets whats coming to him-if its agains the law what he did and if he did whatever is alleged against him? and if he did nothing wrong then good luck.
