Will and registration?

I have the right to claim to my ancestral property for which my brothers are not willing to sell it. They are not disclosing the will and property document. Now, how to bring back a duplicate copy of a will legally. At first place i dont know whether a will exists or not even and whether it is registered.
consult a lawyer will wheter registered or not does not make any difference.finishing will of the dead person is the valid will.registrtion is not mandatory for will.well i give attention to they don't have will or if they do have then in attendance is ur proper share in that will that's why they r not showing it to u.u can get duplicate papers of ur property from registrar office.u san wallet a partition suit.if the will exists then they will have to show it within the court and partition would be done accordingly and if does not then court will administer judgement in ur favour and u will get ur share of property.
Call the court house and they will direct you to the proper dept. where wills are registered or submitted for probate.

IF you have a claim to it next why are you BUYING it?

Find out fi they are discussing the probate with an Atty and contact that Atty.
Just ask the expert himself :-
