What is wrong with our laws???

thru my hard experiences i have discovered that our laws fail us misserably!
i feel a criminal has more chance or being caught speeding in his car..... or robbery ...than he does being prosocuted for sexual assults ..... when the evidence is so clear....its still more or less comes down to his word agaisnt mine..... where is the justice in that..... i was spiked raped and robbed.... i cant say for sure i wasnt giving the appearance i was wiling going with that man/men???? all i can say is i remember nothing
yet when in a court..... i haev to prove my innocence
Wake up australia...in 8 yrs i have my girls going to a pub...... NOT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE she wont be!

Our laws protect nobody.

In Canada a man who has raped children on seven different occasions was released from jail after 2 years. Guess what, he reoffended!

This is not an isolated incident.

The justice system has failed me to.

People will not put up with it for much longer.

There will be anarchy. Already people are taking the law into their own hands. I know I want to at times.
You summed it up right there. We catch speeders in the act of commiting a crime. In sexual assault cases you do not to often. Also sexual assaults are a different animal because sex is not illegal just when it is forced. It is not always easy to prove that it was forced especially when the viticim is drugged or was intoxicated. It is sad and unfortunate that it is like this but the law holds such a high standard to make sure everything is right and there is no bias. Or else we would have juries only convict on majority and not unanimous.
