I need help with a disclaimer?

I need help with a disclaimer for information mortal sent to a company who is working with us but i'm afraid they are going to sell this massive list everyone worked so rugged on. in the agreement they have their stuff protected but not our stuff. I'm afraid that they might sell our register. so i want to put a disclaimer on that list but not sure what to say and to have it sounds not so plan! lol I was thinking something like the following is confidential information between the two parties solely. is there a way i can find out if the company is sell this information

A simple become aware of of confidentiality should suffice. Even when it wouldn't keep you 100% safe from any and all court repercussions, it does show that you've exercised due diligence. Something like -- "The contents of this (artifact) are confidential to the addressee and are intended solely for the recipients use. If you are not the addressee, you have received this (artifact) within error. Any disclosure, copying, distribution or action taken in reliance on it is prohibited and may be unlawful. Please note that any opinion expressed in this (artifact) are those of the author personally and not your business name who do not adopt responsibility for the contents of the message."
