How do I request my funds from the surrogates courts now that I'm 18 ?(for college!) Morris County NJ?

I was hurt by someone years ago...court settlement. Court has held it for 11 years. Oh, I just have to wait untill I was 18...I am now!

We want more information. Who is the trustee of the money? Where did it come from? What restrictions were set up when this money was set aside for you?
