What good is legislation that cannot be enforced?
I reported errors in our hospital billing in addition to bullying and mobbing by our planner to superiors at our hospital. I was warned by previous case manager from the same hospital that reporting (the embedded system flaw that result in multiple encounter numbers for indistinguishable visit) would result in being forced to quit and black balled from all the services owned by the corporation. My superiors began to tamper with my work and I was told to quit. I sent the info to the EECO and Civil Liberties. My hospital recieved the complaint and fired me today. I be told by Civil liberties that I can not be fired for Whistle Blowing. In all fairness to my job, they stated I be fired because my boss does not like me and she thinks my voice is annoying.

They would still be discriminating against you because of your voice, hire an attorney and file a nouns suit.~
