What happens to if someone failed to report ADD on their Army contract and they are in boot camp?

That depends. ADD does not necessarily mean that someone is not qualified for military duty.

Maybe they successfully complete boot camp and serve. Maybe the ADD is too severe and they are unable to complete the elemental training.
