Is it illegal for one person to do sexual things on webcam for another?


Is it illegal in PA or NY if one person is 19 and the other said they be 25 and one person pleasured themselves for the other person? What if the other person requested it? An answer from a advocate or someone else in law would be great.

I believe if one is over eighteen and the other is under it is. I know that in real vivacity, there has to be a three year difference in age for it to be lawful.
