what happens if you trespass on federal property? such as a nuclear reactor site, without any ill intentions?
Best Answer:
The government still kills you because you saw the grass infont of the building!
You are charged with trespassing, of late as if you had ill intentions.
accidental trespassing ?....were any locks broken ? property damage ? ....trespassing on federal property is a federal crime. "What happens"...depends on the circumstances, outcome of a trial, and sentencing... as is the luggage with prosecuting any crime in the US.
If your lucky = arrested If they have info on a possible attack = unmoving
Well, most nuclear reactor sites are private property, but that's another matter. Most potential, you'll be escorted off the property if they're convinced it was an honest mistake.
Depends on where you trespass. Some sites are more sensitive than others. Trespass surrounded by area 51 and they can use deadly force, i.e. shoot you. Generally, if you just range past the warning signs, it is just trespassing and the consequenses will probable amount to only an escort off the property, and a warning.
