I am writing a interrogatory for my litigation class and...?

i am writing a interrogatory for my litigation class for the "defendant" My teacher wants us to direct one interrogatory towards both the defendant and the company involved which owned the vechile. Would I seperate the interrogatory somewhere to address the person it is to have changed...Or how should I address the change in people it is directed towards?
Best Answer:
As a standard rule one should send separate interrogatories to each defendant. Then you just appropriately phrase respectively separate one. I can't think of any good reason to direct one interrog to more than one character; it will only lead to confusion & obfuscation.
the later.
