How many times will we have to go to court on a misdemeanor charge?
On memorial day weekend my fiancee and I went to the Hamptons for a big party. An undercover cop caught my fiancee beside 4 ecstacy pills that day and he was arrested and now we enjoy to return there for court and he is being charged with a misdemeanor. However, the hamptons is 2 hours away from our home within CT and aside from all other worries I have on this case, I am wondering how abundant times we will have to return to court in the Hamptons ?
This is his first time offense and we are planning on pleading guilty to disorderly conduct (if given the chance) and doing community service etc.... (if this helps)
