A Domestic Violence hearing was held in Civil Court and dismissed. Is there a case with DCFS against me?
I was trying to protect my granddaughter.
Answers:
I doubt it.The judge must have ruled in your favor. Keep records.I would be more concerned if you had'nt tried to protect your granddaughter. They understand. But, be careful.
How would we know. You're asking a question that only DCFS would know. If you're not the person in charge of the child then there's probably nothing to worry about. If the child is in your care, and the hearing was against you then I'd worry. Again though how is anyone on FreeLawAnswer.com supposed to know if there's a case against you?
