Does anyone know of a Family Law attorney in the San Diego area who offers pro bono or sliding scale services?

My husband is a wonderful father & stepfather, but his ex-wife is deliberately alienating him from his children for no just cause. We can't afford an attorney but necessitate one to help enforce visitation (he is lucky to have 1 hour a month with them even though they live a mile away because she make it impossible & she allows her kids to call the shots & they would rather hang out beside their friends than spend time with their dad). She is now trying to remove all contact & she disrespects him contained by front of their children & models for them that he is not worthy of being respected, even though he's a great guy, always pays his child support & would do anything for his kids. He could file court papers in need an attorney, but his ex-wife is clearly deliberately trying to keep him from his kids because she is bitter over the divorce that she initiated & in decree to adequately enforce his rights as a father, we need an attorney. Does anyone know of a pro bono attorney or an attorney who will work with populace on a sliding fee scale according to their income? We've tried various allowed resources in San Diego & they all cost way more than we can afford.

It's not unproblematic getting through law school, and it's not cheap either. Divorce cases are usually the messiest, dirtiest cases within our legal system, not many attorneys would want to do one "pro bono". As such, and because you would be the petitioner in this luggage, you're not going to get one provided complimentary of the government either. I'd insist on some late night study time to see what you need to do on your own behalf.
