Can i get evicted?

Last month i sent a check to my landlord, it was a new acct. i didnt hold my permanent checks yet. she supposedly had problems next to the bank(she claims the money wasnt there It was the whole time I can provide my bank info I never got back my check and now i own a 5 day for not paying june rent. she has my check and I dont think i should sent another, they said they would dispatch it back on the 10 th of may no check i m afraid to send more money that i dont have, permit alone i dont want trouble for bad checks either. should i let a style guru decide?

You need to speak about your landlord you will send a new check after she returns the antediluvian one, that sounds very bad to me, and if possible, try to take out of there and move elsewhere. Your landlord sounds like a material problem.

If you give a check and no funds to cover it is very serious
you say you hold letters between you and the bank ,they will help no downfall maybe if you trust her send hard lolly or money order /postal order
keep on it dont agree to it rest till you are happy
ask at the bank if the check has be paid in
if not you still hold the funds untouched so you could give her another one then tell the guard to kill the original one..

Call your bank and have them verify that the funds be available when it was mailed. Tell the bank you inevitability a copy of the funds were available Tell your landlord you want the original checked returned.I'll bet she misplaced the unproved check.
