Paris Hilton- Who else Isn't surprised in the least that she got an early 'get out of jail' card?

In spite of a good judge sticking to his principles and sentencing her to the 45 days, the same as anyone else would get, she still gets to dodge her punishment. If anyone still believes in 'equal justice for all' they need to get a grip on reality. The 'justice system' triumphs again- for the rich and infamous, that is.
Hopefully the next time this white trash gets behind the wheel drunk (and she will), she won't kill anyone.
i agree it is really frustrating. if i were in jail and had an 'unspecified medical condition', nobody would care. theyd treat me in jail or just say screw you. well not famous people, they are better than i am...

I heard her electronic monitor bracelet was a designer original in 24k gold and set with 1ct diamonds. I'm surprised that she actually spent three days in jail. Too bad she wasn't sent to a men's jail. We all knew it was coming and that she would never serve her full sentence. I'm sure that this experience will consume a whole chapter when she writes her book (well when someone writes it for her) I wonder what her 'unspecified illness' was?

supposedly she has some kind of sickness. they are not saying whether it is physical or psychological. it really does not matter. she is rich and white. in america, what more do you need to escape the justice system. the funniest part was that the lawyer said she was going to take this time to reflect on her life. naturally, that is something all 20 somethings do. also, she is going to concentrate on making a difference. she wants society to have a better opinion of her. . ugh
im surprised it took this long lol when i didnt hear anything yesterday i figured she might actually stay the whole time and naturally she checks in late and gets out early yet still gets the whole day signed off she was only there for 3 full days and she got 5 for it wow

Not the least bit surprised she got out on some technicality about a medical problem. I'm sure it's some totally minor thing (probably on her period or something!) that the justice system is just using as an excuse to cut another celebrity way too much slack. Now she has house arrest in her freaking mansion. That'll sure teach her!
