Do you think there is a difference between wrong and illegal?

And if not, then why?
Sure, there are a lot of things that you can do that are morally or unethically wrong but not illegal.

For instance, the man who raped my daughter also tried to kiss her 12 year old step sister on the neck - though it was morally wrong, and disgusting, it was not considered 'illegal' - so no charges were filed against him for that.
Absolutely! Wrong is a moral decision. Just because some laws are moral does not mean that all are. Quite frankly, I think in some cases that murder is justified...

Answers:
Everything's legal if you don't get caught.
No not really thier are both wrong doing
Of course -- one is a value judgment, made of one's conscience.

The other is a one-size-fits-all, sometimes irrational, sometimes irrelevant, often knee-jerk reaction to what somebody else did wrong.

The punishments, too are different. Conscience punishes from within; the law punishes from without. You can be at peace when the law punishes you, but never, when it's your conscience doing it.
HELL NO
it is illegal in MY house to not eat your vegys, I'll give ya a konk on the head.
it's illegal to say bad words, or be mean.. but you can't get arrested for just being mean.
of course there is... you can always be wrong. but doesn' t mean it is illegal...
Things illegal are wrong deeds. Things done wrong could be mere mistakes. You can lay a floor in the wrong way. It doesn't mean that it's illegal. But, if you do the wrong thing of intentionally hurting someone or helping yourself to property that isn't yours, now that's illegal.
