Federal and state laws concerning self defense.?
I would like to know about the Federal and Arkansas state laws in the order of self-defense, particularly the laws defining self-defense and about guns.
Best Answer:
Self defense process protecting yourself or others from imminent danger of death or serious injury. It is a defense against a charge of murder or assault, or similar crimes. Self defense mode you are in immediate danger, and in attendance is no other option than the use of force to protect your self. The use of force must be commensurate with the danger. In other words you cannot use a gun to save from harm against a slap. You also cannot use force to apprehend a fleeing suspect, or to continue firing once the danger has passed.
If you are or could be subjected to serious bodily injury or extermination, you may defend yourself with a firearm. WE all own the right to defend ourselves... you must justify it later surrounded by court as to what you did and why you did it.
