My paycheck was lost by the delivery company, what can I do?

Today is Sunday and payday was Friday. The company I work for hires a Fed Ex Type of company to transport paychecks. Well he never showed up and now I have no money! What can I really do? Do I have any rights here?
Sorry, looks like your going to have to wait till Monday if you don't know the tracking number for your check. Your employer should be able to handle this fairly easily once they are open for business.
Have them issue you another check. I don't know the exact laws but if you are not paid it's against them and you have rights.
Get hold of your company, let them know you didn't get your check. They should take it from there.
Advise the bank not to cash the check and claim from the carrier for the amount of the check and damages that you incurred.

Answers:
you have to report this first. not sure but i think they will cancel the check number of the lost one then they will make you another check.
Ask the company you work for to cancel the check and issue you with an emergency payment. It is illegal for anyone else to cash your check so if it is cashed it can be investigated by the police, who will know where it was cashed..
good too know i'm not the only one this happen's (though it has happened several times) lol.
Call your the company you work for. Talk to personel directer. Inform them of this and also the fact you don't have and cash.
No matter who or how they distribute pay roll, They are responsable to get you your check. not the mail carrier.
You should report this to your Employer, and ask your Employer to cancel your salary cheque immediately (by sending bank instructions for cancelling cheque - depends on bank's rules) and re-issue a new one after got confirmation of the cheque has been cancelled.
Yes, you have rights. I would have begin calling Friday afternoon, to get the tracking number. But you can contact payroll on Monday and they can either track it down or cut you another check. I can be pretty sure payroll does not work on Sunday.
calm down. It'll probably be there Monday.
