Is the offer I have received from workers compensation their final offer?
I have finally received an offer from them. My doctors have counted my leg's impairment at 40%. I have to have a check up on my knee replacement every year from now on. Because of this, I think I may need more than what they are offering to cover any problems the doctor may find. How much more, percentage wise, are they willing to offer? I've read 20 to 25% more. They are willing to discuss it.
