Where is smoking NOT banned?

and where is it banned in the street?

I live surrounded by England and it is banned inside public places and in bus shelters and stuff but you can smoke in the street.
in a burning building. Arizona.
Here in CA it's banned inside, or within 20 foot of the door or window to, all "places of employment" except for cigarette shops and places on Indian reservations.

Where I live within NC, USA, the only places that are banned are the hospitals, and all school, including colleges. Most of those bans however are voluntary of the companies. This is tobacco country and the home of RJ Reynolds who built the majority of the two largest metro areas in NC.

Where I am from in WV, USA, adjectives public buildings (in some cases including the bars) and within 20 feet of an entrance. They also produce a lot of tabacco still. My step dad who is the sanitarian for one county in actuality was involved in rewriting the new food and robustness code for the state.

I have personally been smoke free for right at one year immediately. The smell of it makes me literally nausiated. Because of where I live, all restorants seriously of stores and every even that happens off school property are smoke friendly I cant stay for long.

But I get the impression the smokers frustration. I was a smoker when I still lived at home and you had to go outside and adjectives that. It was an inconvience, but now that I am not a smoker and I see how awful it is to me, the more bans I desire they would pass. I mean, I got into habbit of going outside when I be still at home, so never really smoked in doors much when living here. If everyone would just agree to go outside for 5 mins, wouldnt that be much simpler than aggression the inevitable?
"The Coalition For A Smoke Free Maine" is demonstration hard to pretty much limit smoking to remote areas uninhabited by both people and wildlife - no smoking surrounded by any public place, with in 50 feet of hospitals, within your own home if there's a repairman or handyman present, no smoking in your vehicle if there's children in it, no smoking in any work place and on and on it go.
As a side note, there's a state tax of $2.00 a pack thrown in merely for good measure. In Bob Evan's in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
