Is this considered sexual harassment, discrimination and grounds for a law suit? Who won in court?

At work, a man is standing next to a woman and mentions to her how good her hair smells. He's called in by his supervisor who informs him that there will be and investigation. Upon completion of such, the man is dismissed from his job as an elevator operator for over 17 years and being that he is a midget has long realized that work opportunities for him is limited at best. As it stands, all parties involved appeared before the judge and there clearly was a winning decision for one of the 3 parties involved(employer, woman, man).
in light of the fact he's a midget the statement about her hair might take on a new meaning to her. where was his nose when he said that.
Nowadays, who knows. Probably so in any state with a highly liberal slant.

If a man can base a multi million dollar law suit on the fact that the cleaners temporarily lost his pants, then it is possible to sue for anything.
This woman sounds like a typical trouble maker. All she had to do is say 'thank you ' and walk away. Now if the guy kept on and on, and harassed her, then she would have something to complain about. As I see it, he was just being nice and she is possibly making an innocent man loose his job. I can't stand feminist, stuck up women like that. Also, midget or not, this man has to make a living. I am sure the woman will go home to a nice warm meal and a hot shower and a nice warm bed.
